2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing this website, browsing its content, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with DaBubu products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”).
If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must discontinue use of the website and refrain from purchasing any DaBubu products.
These T&C constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user or customer) and A22 FZC (the owner and operator of DaBubu).
 
3. ABOUT DABUBU & NON-AFFILIATION
DaBubu is an original, independently created collectible brand developed, owned, and operated by A22 FZC.
Important clarification:

• DaBubu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to Labubu, Pop Mart, or any other third-party brand or intellectual property.

• Any perceived similarity is coincidental.

• DaBubu has its own original characters, designs, concepts, and creative direction.

Any reference to third-party brands is made solely for clarification purposes and does not imply association.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property related to DaBubu is the exclusive property of A22 FZC, including but not limited to:

• Brand name, trademarks, and logos

• Characters and character designs

• Artwork, illustrations, graphics, and animations

• Website content, copy, and layout

• Product designs, packaging, and concepts

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or otherwise exploit any DaBubu intellectual property without prior written consent from A22 FZC.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION & LIMITED AVAILABILITY
DaBubu products are limited-edition collectibles produced in restricted quantities.
We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities per customer

• Modify product specifications, packaging, or presentation

• Cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unfair purchasing behavior

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes and do not constitute defects.

6. AGE RESTRICTION & SAFETY
DaBubu products are intended for individuals aged 3 years and above.
By purchasing or using DaBubu products, you confirm that:

• The product will not be provided to children under the age of 3

• Adult supervision is applied where appropriate

• Certain products or accessories may contain small parts

A22 FZC shall not be held liable for improper use of products or failure to follow age suitability guidelines.

7. CERTIFICATION & COMPLIANCE
DaBubu products are CE certified, meeting applicable European safety and compliance standards for consumer products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product complies with any additional local regulations applicable in their country of residence.

8. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may be subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing errors

• Update prices at any time

• Cancel orders placed at incorrect prices

Full payment must be completed and confirmed before any order is processed or shipped.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and according to the relevant batch or drop schedule.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to logistics, customs procedures, or other external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined by destination:

• GCC Countries:
  Shipping is free of charge.

• International (Outside GCC):
  A flat shipping fee of AED 320 applies. This fee covers international handling, export processing, and logistics coordination.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Delivery Timelines

• UAE: typically within 24 hours after dispatch

• GCC: approximately 5–7 business days

• International: delivery timelines vary depending on destination and customs clearance

All deliveries are handled by authorized logistics partners, including Shorages.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders:

• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

• Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer

• Delays caused by customs authorities do not qualify for refunds or cancellations
   

10. RETURNS & REFUNDS (STRICT POLICY)
Due to the limited-edition and collectible nature of DaBubu products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

• Minor aesthetic variations

• Packaging damage that does not affect the product

• Delivery delays caused by couriers or customs

Exceptional Refunds (Extreme Edge Cases Only)
Refunds are considered only in rare and extreme edge cases, limited strictly to:

• Missing parts

• Missing accessories (for example, a missing necklace inside the box)

• Verified manufacturing defects rendering the product incomplete

No other circumstances qualify for a refund.
Proof & Verification Requirements
To be eligible for a refund review:

1. Valid proof of purchase must be provided

2. The proof must exactly match our internal transaction records

3. The proof must correspond to the same customer details and payment method used at checkout

4. Clear photo or video evidence must be submitted

5. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Claims that fail to meet all requirements will be rejected.
Review & Resolution
All refund requests are reviewed internally by A22 FZC.
At our sole discretion, we may:

• Approve a refund

• Offer a replacement (if available)

• Reject the claim

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method only.

11. FRAUD PREVENTION & ABUSE
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or take further action in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or false claims.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• A22 FZC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product

• We are not responsible for losses resulting from misuse or unauthorized resale
   

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in Sharjah.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in UAE courts.

14. UPDATES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
